Project Overview

The Tiny Homes Campus is a pioneering $3 million partnership between Department Child Protection and social enterprise Junction, designed to support 16-18 year olds transitioning out of care.

Located in the southern suburbs of Adelaide, this village-style development features 10 pod-style single-bedroom homes within an open space complemented by communal learning and connection areas.

Project Scope

ModMade delivered all facets of this comprehensive project, including:

• Complete planning and design

• Civil engineering and site preparation

• Construction of 17 total units, including:

  • 10 pod-style residential homes

  • Community centre

  • 2 storage units

  • Laundry facility.

Social Impact

The campus will be professionally staffed by Junction, who will:

• Run valuable programs for residents

• Provide supervision and support

• Create a supportive community environment for young people transitioning to independence
